At K & B Cars INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your classic car, we offer a 30-days return policy from the date of delivery. During this period, you can return the vehicle for a full refund, minus delivery and handling charges.

Return Costs:

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions:

The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (no damage or modifications).

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

Vehicle Evaluation: We will assess the vehicle’s condition upon its return and verify that it meets the requirements for a refund.
Refund Process: Once the vehicle is returned, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

Vehicles that have been modified or damaged during the return period will not be accepted for return.
Returns due to personal preference changes or errors in selection will not be accepted once the vehicle has been used.
