At K & B Cars INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your classic car, we offer a 30-days return policy from the date of delivery. During this period, you can return the vehicle for a full refund, minus delivery and handling charges.

Return Costs:

Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions:

The vehicle must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (no damage or modifications).

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  • Vehicle Evaluation: We will assess the vehicle’s condition upon its return and verify that it meets the requirements for a refund.
  • Refund Process: Once the vehicle is returned, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Vehicles that have been modified or damaged during the return period will not be accepted for return.
  • Returns due to personal preference changes or errors in selection will not be accepted once the vehicle has been used.
